Information you provide
When you submit a project inquiry, we receive the name, email address, company, service area, and project context you choose to provide. Do not include passwords, access keys, production credentials, or other sensitive secrets in the form.
How information is used
- Respond to inquiries and evaluate whether an engagement is a useful fit.
- Schedule and prepare for requested conversations.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website and contact workflow.
- Meet legal, security, and recordkeeping obligations.
Service providers and external links
Contact-form messages are processed through Amazon Web Services infrastructure, including API Gateway, Lambda, and Simple Email Service. If you choose to book a call, you leave this website and use Calendly under Calendly’s own privacy terms.
The site includes provider-neutral event hooks for measuring high-level actions such as booking-link clicks or successful inquiries. Those hooks do not send information anywhere unless an analytics provider is separately configured.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not require advertising cookies to display its content. If privacy-conscious analytics are enabled later, this notice will be updated when the change materially affects how visitor information is handled.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you previously submitted, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping requirements. Use the contact form and describe the request without including additional sensitive information.
